What we collect and why
- Contact and quote requests (name, e-mail, phone, company, project details): to answer you and prepare a proposal — legal basis: pre-contractual steps.
- Client account and orders (identity, billing details, project files): to deliver the service and invoice it — legal basis: contract and legal obligations.
- Newsletter (e-mail, language): only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Audience measurement (Google Analytics): only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Security logs (IP address, technical events): to protect the site — legal basis: legitimate interest.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: 12 months. Client data: for the duration of the relationship, then 3 years. Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation). Security logs: 12 months at most.
Who receives it
Only our team and the processors we need to run the service: hosting (o2switch, France), content delivery (Cloudflare), e-mail delivery, payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) and, when you use the chat assistant, the AI provider that generates the answers. Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to the e-mail address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
